How do I opt out of CommSec marketing communications?

If you no longer wish to receive marketing communications from us, you can opt out at any time by following these steps:

Step 1:
Login to your CommSec account on the website and go to Settings, then select Promotional Material under the “Subscriptions” subhead.

Step 2:
Under the “Marketing Communications” subhead, click the yellow Edit preferences button.

Step 3:
You’ll see a list of channel types:

  • Email
  • CommSec App and Private Website
  • Outbound Phone Call
  • Direct Mail
     

Step 4:
Select any or all of the marketing communication channels you no longer wish to receive, then click the yellow Save button.

You can also change your marketing communication preferences via Portfolio > Offers & Apply > Subscriptions.
